Privacy Policy

1. General Practice.

Throughout this policy, reference to Global Rescue shall refer collectively to Global Rescue LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates and related corporate entities.

It is Global Rescue policy to respect and protect your privacy when using one of our mobile applications on the various platforms on which they may be accessed. Accordingly, any personally identifiable information we collect about you when using one of our mobile applications is used to provide our services to users. This Privacy Policy specifically identifies our policy regarding personal information that is collected, used and/or disclosed to third parties with respect to our mobile applications that may be downloaded from various online networks, App stores and mobile platforms/operating systems ("Platforms").

2. Collection of Personal Information.

From time to time, Global Rescue may collect personal and non-personal information about users of our mobile applications. The information that we collect may include, but is not limited to: names, home addresses, e-mail addresses, age, telephone numbers, gender and/or information associated with your account and identification on the Platforms on which you access an application and/or information published by Global Rescue. Global Rescue will not knowingly collect information from children under the age of thirteen (13) in connection with its mobile applications.

By installing and using one of our mobile applications, including without limitation, download from the App Stores operated by third parties, you are permitting Global Rescue to obtain, gather and use the user information on that Platform in accordance with its own terms and conditions. Likewise, if you install one of our mobile applications on a mobile device such as a mobile phone or tablet computer, we may also collect such information as your IP address and email address.

We may also collect your personal information through the following:

• Service Inquiries and Communications
• Registration and use of applications on Platforms
• Use of mobile platforms, including IP Address and Mobile Device ID
• Location information using GPS applications and systems

3. Use of Personal Information.

Information we collect is used to enhance your experience with our applications and the services we offer, and to aid us in providing you with Global Rescue membership services for which you may be eligible. In the event your eligibility for such Global Rescue services is through an agreement with your employer, Global Rescue may share all such information with your employer and others as may be deemed necessary by Global Rescue, in its discretion, in connection with rendering services to you. By accessing, downloading and/or using our websites/applications you are consenting to such use and sharing by Global Rescue. More specifically, some of the ways in which we use the information that is collected from you include:

• Responding to your technical inquiries and service requests
• Completing purchases and related commercial transactions
• Providing you information in connection with our services
• Enforcement of Global Rescue use policies including Terms of Service
• Provision and approval of our member services

4. SECURITY

The importance of security for personally identifiable information is of the utmost concern to us. Global Rescue exercises great care and implements a variety of technologies to make the Global Rescue website and applications as secure as possible against unauthorized access and to protect the information provided to us. Global Rescue periodically reviews and updates these measures. Unfortunately, no data transmission or network security measures can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent (100%) secure. As a result, while Global Rescue strives to protect personal information, Global Rescue cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us or from our online products or services, and a visitor does so at his/her own risk.

5. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Global Rescue may change this Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion and will provide notice of all significant changes in the Privacy Policy through indications on this Privacy Policy and in the footer of the web pages with authorized links to this Privacy Policy.
